Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. As Cevelann products are handmade, minor variations in pattern, colour, size, and hemming are part of their natural character and do not constitute a defect.
Right of Withdrawal
Retail customers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return Process
Notification: You may notify us of your return by emailing us, or by using the Withdrawal Button available on our website. Await our confirmation before shipping.
Shipping: Return the items within 14 days of your notification. The direct costs of returning the goods are for the account of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as you are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. You are entitled to inspect the product to determine its nature and characteristics. If you use the product beyond this inspection, you are liable for any resulting decrease in value, which we will deduct from your refund.
Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.
Exceptions & Important Notes
Non-re-saleable items: If an item is returned in a condition that indicates use beyond reasonable inspection, we will contact you to discuss a deduction for the loss of value.
Damaged during delivery: If your order arrives damaged, please report this to us within 5 days, including photos of the item and packaging, so we can assist in finding a solution.
International Orders (Outside EU): Customers are responsible for return shipping, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes. Please mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary charges. Shipping, duties, and customs fees related to the initial purchase are non-refundable.
Shipping Terms:
We do not refund postage for unclaimed or undeliverable packages. For packages that are not picked up from your post office within 14 days, Cevelann reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this with the carrier.
We are not responsible for any returns that are sent back to us that are lost in the mail. We highly recommend using a tracked service, so that you can check the status of your return. We are not liable for any parcels are lost before they reach us. Until the parcel is received at our returns address, it is still in the care of the postal service provider. Should your return parcel be lost en route, you will need to make a claim with your postal service provider.
International orders outside of the EU are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not set by Cevelann, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. Cevelann cannot be held responsible for duty/import/customs/brokerage charges or taxes incurred at the destination or on return.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

Retourneren en Herroepen
U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen.
Waardevermindering
U mag het product uitpakken en inspecteren zoals u dat in een fysieke winkel zou doen om de aard, kenmerken en werking ervan vast te stellen. Indien u het product verder gebruikt dan nodig is voor deze inspectie, bent u aansprakelijk voor de waardevermindering die hierdoor ontstaat. Wij zullen deze waardevermindering in mindering brengen op het terug te betalen bedrag.
Procedure
Aanmelden: Meld uw retour aan via onze Herroepingsbutton op de website of per e-mail. Vermeld hierbij altijd uw ordernummer. Svp wachten op onze bevestiging voordat u het pakket verstuurt.
Verzenden: Na aanmelding heeft u 14 dagen de tijd om het product retour te sturen. U dient het bewijs van verzending goed te bewaren. De directe kosten voor het terugsturen van de goederen komen voor uw rekening.
Terugbetaling: Zodra wij de goederen in goede orde hebben ontvangen (of u een bewijs van verzending heeft overlegd), betalen wij het verschuldigde orderbedrag inclusief eventuele standaard verzendkosten voor de heenzending binnen 14 dagen aan u terug. Wij storten het bedrag terug via dezelfde betaalmethode als waarmee de oorspronkelijke transactie is verricht.
Belangrijke opmerkingen:
Wij adviseren u het product in de originele verpakking en met alle geleverde toebehoren te retourneren, voor zover redelijkerwijs mogelijk.
Bij creditcardbetalingen kan de verwerkingstijd van de terugbetaling afhankelijk zijn van uw bank; dit is doorgaans zichtbaar op uw volgende maandelijkse overzicht.
Internationale zendingen & douane: Voor zendingen buiten de EU zijn eventuele invoerrechten, belastingen en inklaringskosten voor rekening van de klant. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor douanekosten of pakketten die niet binnen 14 dagen worden afgehaald bij een afhaalpunt; in dergelijke gevallen kunnen wij administratie- en retourkosten in rekening brengen.
